Nick Foley

Nick Foley is the General Manager at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. Nick brings two decades of leadership and relationship-building experience to the team. He enjoys being able to return homes and businesses back to their original state-or better, even after unthinkable disasters. Outside of work, Nick enjoys chasing his three kids around, going on family trips, and cheering on the Cubbies.

Jonathan Marinero

Jonathan is a Marketing Coordinator at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea with years of customer service and management experience. He is IICRC certified in Fire/Smoke restoration and Water damage restoration.

Outside of work, he is a fan of all things horror. He is the host of a podcast and horror mask designer. He also enjoys grilling and being a dad to his 2 boys.

Jessica Sorensen

Jessica is our Project Manager at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. She comes to us with years of experience in customer service and management skills. 

Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends whenever she gets a chance! She also enjoys fishing and spending time outside. 

Mike Thorson

Mike is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea, with 7+ years of experience in management.

In his free time, Mike loves to go fishing, watching football, and spending time with his friends and family. 

Mike finds great value in the daily knowledge he acquires through his association with SERVPRO. He is particularly drawn to the rewarding experience of helping people in need, which gives him a sense of purpose and fulfillment. His passion for serving others is a driving force that motivates him to continue his work with SERVPRO.

Emily is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. 

Emily enjoys knowing the work we do is helping others and providing comfort in hard times.

Outside work, Emily loves hiking hanging out with animals, and spending time with her family and friends.

Ruth Ramirez

Ruth is a Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. She brings over years of experience in office management.

Outside of work, Ruth loves hiking, reading, snorkeling, training her dog, and working out at the Crossfit gym

Andrea Hopes

Andrea is our Accounting Administrator here at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. She joined our team in September of 2022. She brings years of experience in the construction industry.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys cooking. football, art, and photography. She also loves spending time with family.

Annie likes working at SERVPRO because it is fast-paced and she enjoys knowing that what we do is helping people.

Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson is a Carpet cleaning specialist at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. He has several years of experience at SERVPRO. Matt currently specializes in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Matt has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. 

He's a big Iowa Hawkeyes fan, likes concerts, and spending time with his friends and family. He enjoys road trips and seeing new places. 

Dustin Hoffmann

Dustin is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea, with years of experience in customer service.

In his free time, Dustin loves music working on his home and landscape. He also loves spending time with his family.
