Sewage

These images are from a Sewage backup in Austin, MN.  The sewage backed up in the basement and leaked in to the closet floor, basement hallway, furnace room and most of the main level of the basement floor. The homeowners and no clue what to do. Once they contacted the insurance agent they were instructed to call SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea which they did immediately. When SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea arrived less then an hour later an inspection was quickly performed and the water was extracted from the carpet before flood cuts and the carpet and pad was removed.
